The posting

1. 负责理想同学在大模型规划算法方向的研发与落地，围绕复杂任务理解、意图识别、任务拆解、路径规划、执行决策等核心能力开展算法设计与优化； 2. 负责Agent系统架构设计与建设，推动Context管理、Reasoning & Planning、Tool Use、执行反馈等核心模块的迭代升级； 3. 负责多轮对话场景中的对话理解与规划建模，提升系统对复杂语言表达、模糊指令、上下文依赖、跨轮任务目标的准确理解与执行能力； 4. 研究并落地 LLM Agent规划范式，包括但不限于 ReAct、Plan-and-Execute、Reflexion、多Agent协作、自主纠错与自我反思等能力建设。

1. 计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理、机器学习、数学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，3年以上大模型/Agent相关研发经验； 2. 具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习算法基础，熟悉Transformer及主流大模型技术体系，对LLM/Agent有较深入理解； 3. 熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的工程实现能力，能够独立完成算法原型开发、实验验证与系统落地； 4. 对以下一个或多个方向有较深入的研究或实践经验： - 对话理解、任务型对话、复杂指令理解、上下文建模； - LLM Agent、任务规划、推理链路设计、Tool Use； - 模型微调与对齐，如SFT、RLHF、DPO、OPD等。 5. 具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够结合真实业务场景设计有效的算法方案，并持续推动效果优化； 6. 具备良好的沟通协作能力、自驱力和学习能力，乐于与产品、工程、数据及研究同学高效协同。
