负责机器人端侧通信与网络系统的方案设计、开发集成及持续优化，保障机器人各类设备与系统之间的稳定通信，覆盖 Ethernet、Wi-Fi、5G/4G、Sub-GHz 等通信方式。 负责机器人有线、无线及蜂窝网络等通信方式的集成与管理，优化多网络环境下的连接、切换与协同能力。 面向机器人远程控制、数据采集、视频传输及云端交互等业务场景，开展通信链路性能与可靠性优化。 负责端侧网络相关问题的分析、定位与解决，提升复杂环境下的网络稳定性和系统可靠性。 与硬件、嵌入式软件、算法及应用团队协作，推动机器人通信系统方案落地。

计算机、通信、电子信息、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 熟悉 Linux 系统及网络通信基础，具备嵌入式设备或智能终端网络开发、集成和调试经验。 熟悉有线网络、Wi-Fi、4G/5G 等一种或多种通信技术，有实际项目经验。 具备较强的网络问题分析与定位能力，能够独立解决复杂网络环境下的通信稳定性问题。 具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能够推动通信方案从设计到产品落地。
