1. 熟练掌握Maya或3D Max动画模块 ，5年以上3D动画制作经验； 2. 对供应商质量完成不达标的内容能及时响应，并进行指导优化； 3. 美术基础扎实，精通人体、生物运动规律，具有较高的审美能力； 4. 精通镜头语言，了解分镜知识，对镜头的使用和运动方式有独特的见解； 5. 良好的跨部门合作能力，有较好的沟通协调及表达能力，有推进及解决问题的意识和能力； 6. 具备协作精神，有主动意识，责任心强，能承受一定压力，保持学习精神；热爱游戏和动画。 加分项： 1. 熟悉UE引擎动画模块； 2. 有AI视频制作经验； 3. 有UA买量视频制作经验。
