1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上产品、增长、商业化、策略等相关工作经验。 2. 具备较强的增长思维，熟悉用户增长、商业化增长或平台增长相关工作，有完整增长项目经验。 3. 具备优秀的数据分析能力，能够基于数据发现问题、提出假设、设计实验并验证结果。 4. 熟悉A/B Test、用户行为分析、增长漏斗分析等方法论，具备较强的问题拆解及逻辑分析能力。 5. 具备优秀的产品思维，能够通过产品设计、内容设计、活动设计等方式影响用户行为，驱动业务增长。 6. 具备较强的跨团队协作能力，能够推动研发、设计、运营等多团队协同落地复杂项目。 7. 热爱游戏，对游戏行业有浓厚兴趣，重度游戏玩家优先；有SLG产品、游戏行业或全球化产品经验者优先。
