负责项目核心数值体系的设计与落地，包括生成器、合成链、订单、体力、库存、资源产销、任务及成长节奏等核心模块。 搭建并持续迭代项目的中长期经济模型，平衡资源供需、内容消耗、难度曲线、成长速度与商业化深度，保障用户体验、留存及长期LTV。 负责常规活动、限时活动、赛季及商业化系统的数值设计，建立不同用户阶段与用户分层下的目标、奖励及付费节奏。 参与项目早期原型和数据验证，围绕新手体验、前期留存、内容消耗及付费转化提出假设，并根据测试结果快速完成分析和调优。 建立数值模型、模拟工具和监控机制，识别资源通胀、内容断层、难度异常及经济系统失衡等风险。 与系统、关卡、剧情、美术、程序及数据团队紧密协作，推动数值方案高质量落地，并持续提升配置、验证和调优效率。 参与二合项目底层框架建设，沉淀可复用的数值规则、参数体系、工具及方法论，支持未来不同项目和内容形态的快速验证。

5年以上游戏数值或系统策划经验，具备扎实的游戏经济、成长及商业化系统设计能力。 具备二合项目的实质性数值设计经验，并至少独立负责过核心数值模块之一； 深入理解二合品类的核心循环； 具备数据驱动的产品意识，能够结合留存、转化、付费深度、活动参与率及资源产销等指标定位问题并提出解决方案； 对休闲游戏用户有一定理解，能够从用户体验出发判断节奏、难度和商业化设计。 具备较强的数值建模和逻辑分析能力，熟练使用Excel等工具；具备SQL、Python、模拟工具或数据分析能力者优先。 学习能力和自我驱动力强，能够适应早期项目的不确定性，主动发现问题、推动决策并对结果负责。 加分项 参与过至少一款二合产品从研发、测试、上线到长期运营的完整周期。 负责过表现优秀的欧美市场二合产品，或有明确的留存、LTV、活动收入及商业化调优成果。 熟悉Gossip Harbor、Tasty Travel、Merge Mansion、Love & Pies、Seaside Escape等主流产品，并能深入拆解其经济系统差异。 具备活动系统、用户分层、动态难度、个性化Offer或长期LiveOps经验。 有数值模拟、自动化调参、AI辅助分析或数值生产工具建设经验。 有小团队核心成员、主数值或数值负责人经验，能够参与数值人才培养及工作流程建设。
