1. 负责试玩广告（Playable Ads）的创意策划与玩法设计，结合产品特点挖掘核心卖点，输出具有吸引力和转化潜力的试玩创意方案。 2. 深入分析目标用户需求及市场竞品动态，持续探索创新玩法与广告表现形式，提升素材点击率及转化效果。 3. 与制作、投放、发行等团队紧密协作，推动Playable创意从方案设计到上线验证的全流程落地。 4. 关注素材投放数据表现，通过数据分析、用户反馈及A/B测试持续优化创意方向与试玩体验。 5. 建立并沉淀创意方法论，持续积累不同品类、玩法及市场方向的Playable创意案例库。

1. 本科及以上学历，2年以上游戏行业相关经验，有游戏策划经验者优先。 2. 热爱游戏，具备丰富游戏体验，对玩法设计、用户体验及玩家心理有较强理解。 3. 具备较强的创意能力和产品sense，能够从产品卖点中提炼Playable玩法创意。 4. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力和数据意识，能够结合数据持续验证和优化创意效果。 5. 有试玩广告、小游戏、休闲游戏、SLG或游戏策划相关经验者优先。
