1. 对动效的风格化有较强认知和理解，完成游戏的界面动效风格设定/规范制作以及资源管理。 2. 具备全面的动效和特效理论知识，能对现有动效方案进行改进与提升。 3. 对动效的实现效果与性能有深入了解，能提出平衡两者关系保证设计品质的解决方案。 4. 能快速适应各种风格的动效工作，应用U3D引擎制作游戏中各类游戏动效，提升游戏表现。

1. 美术，动画，多媒体设计等相关专业出身，有一定美术功底和较高的审美能力。 2. 熟练掌握AE，Unity，Ps，spine，3D建模等相关软件。 3. 有2D，3D项目特效制作经验，对MG动画有一定的了解，能自由转换制作方法，适应多变性。 4. 有非常强的学习能力，已了解或能快速学习公司所用的UI编辑器。 5. 较强的团队沟通能力，对方案能提出建设性建议，优化视效表达。 6. 主动研究或学习新的技术以运用到工作场景里。 7. 3年以上动效工作经验，有欧美写实风格项目经验优先。
