Functienaam: IT OnSite Support Specialist

Werklocatie: Veldhoven (Campus en buitenlocaties)

Doel:

De Onsite Support engineer is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van operationele activiteiten bij ASML waarbij het verbeteren van de gebruikerstevredenheid voorop staat.

Verantwoordelijkheid:

De Onsite Support engineer is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van aan hem of haar toegewezen activiteiten.

Bevoegd:

  • Uitvoeren van werkinstructies en standaard changes
  • Voorstellen van verbeteringen
  • Signaleren van knelpunten

Taken:

  • administratie - Contactmomenten met de eindgebruiker vastleggen in daarvoor bestemde systemen zoals ServiceNow, CMDB, iManager etc.
  • Wijzigingen doorvoeren in de daarvoor bestemde systemen zoals Active Directory en RSA tooling
  • Life Cycle Replacement proces

Taken:

  • Ondersteunen van de eindgebruiker met problemen Communicatie loopt via de Servicedesk-
  • Experiencedesk, telefoon, chat of e-mail in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Het behandelen van incidenten en changes
  • Het vervangen van Schermen, ook grote schermen in de meetingrooms en gebouwen
  • Zijn de problemen te groot, dan de hardware swappen
  • Het installeren en configureren van hardware en software
  • Het uitleveren en innemen van nieuwe systemen en de administratieve verwerking hiervan,
  • inclusief data-backup en overzetten van software
  • Het operationele proces van RSA SecureID Tokens
  • Support op Windows 10
  • Eventuele inzet bij de Servicedesk/ExperienceDesk (gebouw 7)

Inzetbaarheid:

  • Flexibel inzetbaar tussen 08:00 en 16:30 uur

Deskundigheid:

  • Luisteren en gepast reageren, in het Engels, Duits(pre) en Nederlands, op
  • vragen van een klant
  • Zorgvuldig en real-time het registratiesysteem bijwerken
  • Dienstverlenend en accuraat werken vooral op administratief gebied
  • Representatief in woord, houding en gedrag
  • Graag willen leren, enthousiasme
  • Verantwoordelijkheid willen en durven nemen
  • Een pro-actieve houding hebben en zelfstandig incidenten kunnen afronden
  • Procesmatig samenwerken met collega analysten
  • Gastvrijheid als uitstraling en handelen, kan gefocust werken
  • Weet zorgvuldig met hardware om te gaan
  • Oplossingsgericht werken

Eisen:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar in het bezit van B-rijbewijs
  • Aantoonbaar bezit van een VOG (niet ouder dan 1 jaar)
  • Communicatie in Engels en Nederlands in woord en geschrift

Werk- en denkniveau:

  • MBO3 werk - en denkniveau is een pré
  • ITIL Foundation V3 is een pré
  • VCA gecertificeerd is een pré
  • Nederlands en Engels beheersen in woord en geschrift
