Du kennst dich mit den Grundlagen von Suchmaschinenoptimierung aus und hast Lust, eigenverantwortlich echte Kundenprojekte auf das nächste Level zu heben? Keine starren Agenturstrukturen, kein trockenes Theorie-Wälzen: Du betreust eigene Kunden, steuerst Budgets und siehst direkt die Resultate deiner Arbeit.

  • SEO-Kampagnen steuern: Du wählst passende Publisher aus (Bewertung nach Traffic, DR und Themenrelevanz) und setzt das Kampagnenbudget zielgerichtet für deine Kunden ein.
  • Kundenbetreuung & Onboarding: Du übernimmst Neukunden nach dem Sales-Abschluss, klärst Prioritäten, begleitest das Onboarding und baust eine Vertrauensbeziehung auf.
  • Datenbasierte Beratung: Du analysierst Performance-Verläufe, erkennst Potenziale und gibst deinen Kunden regelmäßige, verständliche Empfehlungen.
  • Effiziente Tools & KI: Du nutzt modernste Tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, KI-Automatisierungen), um Analysen zu erstellen – Routineaufgaben nimmt dir die Technik ab, damit du dich auf Strategie und Kunden fokussieren kannst.

Dein typischer Tagesablauf

  • 09:00 – 10:00 Uhr | Morning-Sync & Dashboard-Check: Du prüfst die Performance-Updates deiner Kunden, checkst aktuelle Ranking-Trends und priorisierst deine Aufgaben für den Tag.
  • 10:00 – 12:30 Uhr | Kampagnen-Steuerung & Selection: Du analysierst Zielseiten, wählst passende Backlink-Publisher aus und bereitest neue Kampagnenschritte vor.
  • 12:30 – 13:30 Uhr | Mittagspause & Austausch: Pause mit dem Team im Office in Bonn-Ramersdorf oder entspannt zu Hause im Homeoffice.
  • 13:30 – 15:30 Uhr | Kunden-Calls & Feedback: Du besprichst mit deinen Kunden die Fortschritte der Kampagnen, erklärst Daten verständlich und nimmst neue Zielsetzungen auf.
  • 15:30 – 17:00 Uhr | Reporting & Qualitätscheck: Du kontrollierst laufende Buchungen, pflegst deine Learnings im System ein und bereitest die Nischen-Analysen für den nächsten Tag vor.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erste Praxis oder Fundament: Erste Erfahrung im SEO, Marketing, Agenturumfeld, e-Commerce oder einem digitalen Studiengang/Ausbildung.
  • Verständnis für SEO-Basics: Grundbegriffe wie Rankings, DR, Backlinks und Content sind dir bekannt. Du musst kein Senior-Guru sein, aber echtes Interesse an Digital Marketing ist Pflicht.
  • Analytisches Denken & KI-Lust: Du magst es, mit Kennzahlen zu arbeiten, und hast Spaß daran, neue KI-Tools produktiv einzusetzen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du drückst dich fließend und sicher auf Deutsch aus und kannst komplexere Themen einfach und sympathisch erklären.
