Willst du Verantwortung, nicht nur Aufgaben? Wir bauen unser Marketingteam gerade auf. Du übernimmst die operative Seite und wächst mit einem zukunftsfähigen, amitioniertem Unternehmen. Gemeinsam mit dir heben wir unser Marketing auf die nächste Stufe!

Deine Rolle

Du verantwortest alles, was aus einem Lead einen wiederkehrenden Kunden macht. Dazu verantwortest du hauptsächlichWebsite, Landingpages und Webinaren. Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsleitung, der Entwicklung und unserem Head of Paid.

In deinem Bereich entscheidest du nach vorheriger Einarbeitung ohne Rücksprache.

Deine Aufgaben

  1. E-Mail-Marketing – Flows und Newsletter aufbauen, testen und optimieren.
  2. Messbarkeit – Tracking usauber halten, damit wir wissen, was wirkt.
  3. Website Optimierung – neue Seiten bauen, Texte einpflegen, Tests aufsetzen.
  4. Webinare – Anmeldestrecke, Erinnerungen, Aufzeichnung. Gehalten werden sie von uns.
  5. Nachhalten – Partneranfragen, Messeplanung, Testimonials. Du meldest Status, bevor jemand fragt.

Wir arbeiten mit Klaviyo, Webflow, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager und eigenen KI-Tools.

Das bringst du mit

Uns ist die Person wichtiger als der Lebenslauf.

  1. Eigenantrieb – du wartest nicht auf Ansagen und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
  2. Verbindlichkeit – du führst deine Liste, kennst deine Termine und meldest Blocker früh.
  3. Lust auf Verantwortung – du willst einen eigenen Bereich, keine Aufgabenliste.
  4. KI-Nähe – du arbeitest mit modernen KI-Tools und hast Lust, sie besser zu machen.

Von Vorteil sind einige Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, in Agentur, Online-Shop oder Startup, und dass du eines dieser Felder schon selbst gemacht hast, also E-Mail-Marketing, Website-Umsetzung oder Tracking. SEO-Verständnis, Erfahrung mit Webinar-Tools und Wohlfühlen vor der Kamera sind ein Plus.

Zur Einarbeitung bist du bei uns im Büro in Bonn-Ramersdorf, danach 3 zu 2.

  2. 48.000 € bis 60.000 € brutto im Jahr – gestaffelt nach Erfahrung. Nach der Probezeit eine Zielvereinbarung mit variablem Anteil, wir belohnen Leistung
  3. Fertige Pläne, echte Umsetzung – die Woche wird montags priorisiert, danach arbeitest du selbstständig.
  4. Modernes KI-Setup – eigene Tools, moderne Hardware, keine Bürokratie.
  5. Kurze Wege – direkt mit der Geschäftsleitung, nicht über drei Ebenen.
  6. Perspektive – unbefristet, in einem Markt, der gerade erst anfängt.
  7. 30 Tage Urlaub – dazu die 3-zu-2-Homeoffice-Regelung nach der Probezeit, Team-Events und vieles mehr.

Ehrlich dazu, die ersten Monate sind Handwerk. Der Plan kommt von uns, du bringst ihn raus. Wer damit anfängt, entscheidet später mit.
