Du telefonierst gern und willst richtig verkaufen lernen?

Dann lies weiter. Wir suchen dich als erste Stimme von Linkbroker. Du sprichst mit Interessenten, setzt Termine für unsere Closer und führst eigene Analysegespräche. Kein Adresskauf und kein Kaltakquise-Grind: Unsere Systeme bereiten dir jeden Tag alles vor, du konzentrierst dich aufs Gespräch. Linkbroker ist eine der führenden Linkbuilding-Plattformen im DACH-Raum. Über 100.000 Publisher-Domains, rund 20 Leute im Team, profitabel wachsend, mit einem der modernsten KI-gestützten Sales-Setups der Branche.

So sieht ein Tag bei uns aus

08:30 - Dein Briefing liegt fertig da. Welche Leads heute dran sind und was wir über sie wissen, hat unser System über Nacht vorbereitet. Kaffee, Slack-Check, los.

09:00 - Erster Call-Block. Du telefonierst mit Interessenten, Inbound-Anfragen und vorqualifizierten Kontakten. Dein Ziel: herausfinden, ob es passt (Bedarf, Budget, Entscheider, Timing) und Termine für unsere Closer setzen.

11:30 - Analysegespräch. Video-Call mit einem Interessenten. Die SEO- und Backlink-Analyse liegt fertig vor dir. Du führst durchs Gespräch, hörst zu, arbeitest die Painpoints heraus und zeigst, was möglich ist.

14:00 - Zweiter Call-Block und Follow-ups. No-Shows nachfassen, offene Angebote anschieben, HubSpot kurz pflegen. Das meiste läuft ohnehin automatisch.

17:00 - Dein Feedback. Deine Calls von heute sind ausgewertet. Du siehst schwarz auf weiß, was stark war und wo du morgen besser wirst. So wächst du jeden Tag ein Stück.

Das bringst du mit

  • Freude am Telefonieren. Hohe Schlagzahl motiviert dich, statt dich abzuschrecken.
  • Erste Erfahrung im telefonischen Vertrieb, Setting oder Telesales. Als Quereinsteiger überzeugst du uns mit nachweisbarem Biss.
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, klare und sympathische Gesprächsführung.
  • Verbindlichkeit. Du hältst Follow-ups ein, ohne dass jemand hinterherläuft.
  • Lust, Verkaufen als Handwerk zu lernen: Skripte, Einwandbehandlung, Frameworks.
  • Idealerweise erste SEO-Grundkenntnisse (Backlinks, Keywords, Rankings). Kein Muss, aber ein Plus.

Du machst keine Fleißarbeit. Leads, Gesprächs-Briefings und SEO-Analysen kommen fertig aufbereitet bei dir an. Deine Zeit gehört den Gesprächen.

Du arbeitest frei. Remote im DACH-Raum, direkter Draht zur Geschäftsführung, schnelle Entscheidungen, null Konzern-Politik.
