Wat ga je doen?

Als Cloud Engineer ben jij de schakel tussen complexe IT-uitdagingen en betrouwbare, schaalbare oplossingen. Je versterkt de gedeelde delivery-capaciteit binnen Lionsville en werkt over meerdere businessdomeinen heen aan platformen waar continuïteit, security en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Jij:

  • Werkt aan cloudomgevingen op AWS, StackIT en Azure en helpt deze veiliger, stabieler en beter schaalbaar te maken.
  • Bouwt en verbetert infrastructuur met Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD en automatisering.
  • Zoekt actief naar kansen om repeterend werk te automatiseren en vertaalt die naar slimme, onderhoudbare oplossingen die efficiëntie en kwaliteit verhogen.
  • Ondersteunt bedrijfskritische productieomgevingen met monitoring, incident response en gestructureerde change-processen.
  • Denkt mee over cloudarchitectuur, security, networking, observability en operational excellence.
  • Schakelt soepel tussen meerdere klanten, stakeholders en technische contexten zonder eigenaarschap of kwaliteit te verliezen.
  • Adviseert en ondersteunt klanten bij platformverbeteringen, migraties en cloudtransformatie.
  • Professionele beheersing van Engelse en Nederlandse taal om in klantcontexten goed samen te werken.

Voor deze rol werk je binnen een team dat gespecialiseerd is in het leveren van engineering services over meerdere klanten en businessdomeinen heen. Dat betekent dat je niet vastzit aan één account of één platform, maar juist je expertise inzet waar die het meeste verschil maakt: in omgevingen waar betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en snelheid van leveren cruciaal zijn.

Wat jij meebrengt naar de pride

Jij bent een Cloud Engineer met:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in cloud engineering, bij voorkeur in productieomgevingen.
  • Sterke hands-on ervaring met AWS en/of Azure.
  • Diepgaande ervaring met Infrastructure as Code, bijvoorbeeld Terraform/OpenTofu, CloudFormation of AWS CDK.
  • Sterke scripting- en programmeervaardigheden om automatiseringen te ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden die repeterend werk verminderen en delivery versnellen.
  • Solide kennis van cloud networking, zoals DNS, TLS/certificaten, load balancing, virtual networking en secure connectivity.
  • Praktische ervaring met cloud security, IAM, secrets management, key management en platform hardening.
  • Ervaring met monitoring, alerting, incident response en operationele ondersteuning van live services.
  • Kennis van CI/CD, versiebeheer en team-based engineering workflows.
  • Scriptingvaardigheden in PowerShell, Bash en/of Python.

Extra punten als je ervaring hebt met Kubernetes, regulated of security-sensitive omgevingen, audits/compliance, FinOps of consultancy/managed-services waarin schakelen tussen klanten normaal is.
