Als Customer Experience Manager ben jij het anker in onze klantrelaties. Jij begrijpt wat klanten nodig hebben, vaak nog vóór ze het zelf scherp hebben. Je brengt structuur, richting en vertrouwen en zorgt dat klanten maximale waarde halen uit onze samenwerking. Niet eenmalig, maar duurzaam.

Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen directietafel en uitvoering. Je bewaakt verwachtingen, stelt scherpe vragen en zorgt dat klantbeleving geen abstract begrip is, maar een voelbaar resultaat.

Dit is een rol voor iemand die ownership durft te claimen en dat ook volhoudt.

Wat ga je doen?

Relatie- en Stakeholder Leadership Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en bouwt relaties gebaseerd op vertrouwen, openheid en gelijkwaardigheid. Je begrijpt hun context, voelt belangen feilloos aan en zorgt dat Lionsville wordt gezien als strategische partner.

Customer Experience met richting Je vertaalt klantdoelen naar een heldere aanpak. Je bewaakt verwachtingen, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat de customer journey klopt van start tot succes. Jij zorgt dat elke interactie bijdraagt aan vertrouwen en waarde.

Verbindende regie Je werkt intensief samen met consultants, engineers en business development. Jij verbindt perspectieven, bewaakt de rode draad en zorgt dat iedereen werkt vanuit hetzelfde doel: impact voor de klant.

Inzicht & verbetering Je gebruikt klantfeedback, data en observaties om continu te verbeteren. Niet om te rapporteren, maar om te handelen. Je signaleert kansen, benoemt risico’s en zet ze om in concrete acties.
