Wat ga je doen?

Als Tech Lead neem jij het voortouw in complexe technische omgevingen. Je vertaalt business doelen en stakeholder wensen naar schaalbare oplossingen in Public Cloud. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, DevSecOps-teams en neemt ownership over de volledige productiecyclus van ontwerp, implementatie tot optimalisatie en beveiliging.

Wat jij meebrengt

Je bent een Tech Lead die bouwt, richting geeft en tempo maakt. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen architectuur, code en team, en neemt mensen mee in keuzes die er echt toe doen. Verder beschik je over:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met cloud-native oplossingen (Azure en/of AWS);
  • Affiniteit met AI (LLM’s, RAG, agents) en om dit pragmatisch toe te passen;
  • Een builder-mentaliteit: je automatiseert alles wat je kunt (IaC, CI/CD, scripting en AI agents);
  • Comfort met verantwoordelijkheid over architectuur, kwaliteit en delivery;
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden van engineers en het neerzetten van een sterk team;
  • Je kan snel doorgronden wat er speelt en knopen doorhakken;
  • HBO/WO denkniveau, maar belangrijker: je krijgt dingen voor elkaar;
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en woont in de Randstad;
