The posting

LittleLives is a school management platform that helps schools run their daily operations and connect with parents. We serve preschools and childcare centers across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, and are expanding into enrichment, tuition, after-school and K12.

About the Position

Title: Marketing Executive Location: Hanoi Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Regional Growth Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to build and execute marketing work across LittleLives' regional markets. You will turn marketing direction into finished content, sales materials, designs, and social media posts, delivered on time and to a high standard.

This role is for someone who enjoys making things. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to produce the materials our teams and customers need.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Content creation: write and produce content for the website, blog, LinkedIn, newsletters, and eDMs for preschool, childcare, K12, and enrichment audiences.
  • Sales and marketing materials: build presentation decks, proposals, one-pagers, case studies, and product collateral for the Sales team.
  • Design: create flyers, banners, posters, social graphics, and event materials that follow the LittleLives brand.
  • Social media: manage and post across our social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others as needed), keep a content calendar, and report on performance.
  • Campaign support: execute campaign tasks such as eDM builds, landing page updates, and asset production, and keep everything on schedule.
  • Event support: prepare event collateral, promotions, and follow-up materials for regional events and webinars.
  • Brand consistency: keep all materials accurate, on-brand, and up to date as the product and messaging evolve.
  • Reporting: track basic performance (reach, engagement, clicks, leads) and share what works.
  • Lead tracking and reporting - set up tracking so we know which content and campaigns bring in leads, and share a weekly update on what is working and what to stop.
  • Landing page and forms - build simple landing pages and sign-up forms that send leads straight into our CRM, without waiting for a developer.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to adjust tone for school operators, educators, and enterprise groups.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and building content calendars.
  • Able to build simple landing pages and forms, and to trace leads back to the content/campaign that brought them in. Experience with automation is a plus.
  • Able to take direction and work independently to deliver finished work.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several tasks at once.
  • Basic video editing and familiarity with AI tools are advantages.
  • Experience in SaaS, education, or Southeast Asia markets is an advantage.

What Success Looks Like

  • Content and materials are delivered on time, on brand, and with minimal rework.
  • Social media channels are active and posting consistently, with steady growth in engagement.
  • Sales has current, good-looking collateral available when they need it.
  • Campaigns and events launch on schedule with all assets ready.
  • We can see which content and campaigns bring in leads, and decisions are made from that data.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
