The posting

LittleLives is a school management platform that helps schools run their daily operations and connect with parents. We serve preschools and childcare centers across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, and are expanding into enrichment, tuition, after-school and K12.

About the Position

Title: Sales Executive (B2B, EdTech SaaS) Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Department: Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a hunter-minded B2B sales executive based in KL to drive new business across LittleLives' full portfolio — preschool/childcare, and our expansion segments of enrichment, tuition, after-school, and K12. The primary focus is on SME and independent-center accounts. You will build the pipeline from scratch and own the full sales cycle across the region.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Hunt and generate new leads through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, and market research
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across preschool/childcare and the new enrichment, tuition, after-school, and K12 segments - focus on SME deals
  • Run product demos and presentations for decision-makers
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing through contract and first payment
  • Set accurate expectations with prospects on features, timelines, pricing, and support
  • Coordinate handover to Customer Success and stay involved through the initial onboarding
  • Maintain accurate, disciplined CRM records — pipeline stage, forecasts, activity logs, next steps, expected closing dates, and reasons for lost deals
  • Represent LittleLives at industry events, seminars, and school/center visits
  • Work closely with the sales team and cross-functional partners (marketing, product, customer success) to align on target accounts and outreach priorities
  • Feed market and competitor insights back to the team to help refine how we pitch these new segments

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience; SaaS or education/edtech experience preferred
  • Proven ability to self-source leads and independently manage a full sales cycle — a true hunter, not a farmer
  • CRM proficiency is a core requirement (e.g., HubSpot, Rework, Salesforce) — must be disciplined about pipeline hygiene and reporting
  • Trilingual: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
  • Self-starter, target-driven, comfortable adapting as we figure out what works in new segments
  • Own transport preferred for local center/school visits

What Success Looks Like

  • A healthy, self-generated pipeline is consistently built across preschool/childcare and the new enrichment, tuition, after-school, and K12 segments
  • Sales targets for new paying customers and cash collected are met or exceeded on a monthly/quarterly basis, with predictable, well-forecasted results
  • Customers who sign onboard successfully and see value in working with us
  • CRM data is accurate and current, giving the team reliable visibility into pipeline health at any point
  • New segments (enrichment, K12) show early traction — qualified opportunities and closed deals, not just outreach activity
  • Strong working relationships across the sales team and cross-functional partners keep deals moving without heavy hand-holding

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary (Base salary plus uncapped commission)
  • 15 days of annual leave and 1 birthday leave per year
  • Social insurance and private health insurance
  • Yearly performance bonus
  • Flexible working mode (hybrid/remote)
  • Work equipment with MacBook provided

Hiring Process

  • HR Introduction Call
  • Take-home Role Challenge
  • Technical Interview
  • Reference and Offer

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
