The posting

LittleLives provides a school management platform that helps schools manage daily operations and connect more effectively with parents. We serve schools in Vietnam and across Southeast Asia.

About the Position

Title: Sales & Customer Success Account Manager Location: Hanoi Department: Customer Success

Coverage: Assigned customer portfolio and territory

You will acquire new school customers while managing, retaining, and growing an existing customer portfolio, with approximately 50% of your time allocated to sales and 50% to account management.

You will build trusted relationships with school owners and leadership teams, help customers use LittleLives successfully, and develop renewals, expansion opportunities, and referrals.

Success means retaining the schools we already serve while winning new ones. Your portfolio and sales targets will be assigned to provide sufficient time for both responsibilities.

What You Will Be Doing

Sales and New Customer Acquisition

  • Generate leads through calls, Zalo, personal networks, referrals, events, and school visits.
  • Meet school owners, principals, and decision-makers to understand their needs and purchasing process.
  • Present and demonstrate LittleLives solutions relevant to each school’s operations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, negotiation, contracts, and payment follow-up.
  • Achieve assigned targets for new paying schools and cash collected.
  • Develop referrals through existing customers and local education partners.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, next steps, and sales forecasts.
  • Set accurate expectations about features, pricing, implementation, and support.

Account Management and Customer Success

  • Own the relationship with an assigned portfolio of school customers.
  • Conduct proactive calls, check-ins, and school visits to build strong relationships with school owners and leadership teams.
  • Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and account health throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and guidance to help schools use LittleLives effectively.
  • Identify churn risks early and maintain action plans for at-risk customers.
  • Start renewal discussions before contract expiry and coordinate payment follow-up.
  • Coordinate customer requests and issues with Support and other internal teams.
  • Keep customers informed and follow through on commitments until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate account health, risk, renewal, and expansion records.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Ability to retain existing customers while proactively developing new business.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build trust with school owners and decision-makers.
  • Confidence in presentations, training, objection handling, and negotiation.
  • Initiative, persistence, accountability, and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to organise sales activities alongside an existing customer portfolio.
  • Comfortable learning software products and new workflows.
  • Ability to communicate and present in English when working with regional teams.
  • Willingness to visit customers and travel within the assigned territory.

An advantage:

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or education.
  • An existing network of schools or education partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot and customer support tools.

What Success Looks Like

  • New sales: Initial target of three new schools signed and paid per quarter after the transition period.
  • Retention: Meet agreed retention targets across the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Net growth: Grow recurring subscription revenue after accounting for churn and subscription reductions.
  • Customer care: Complete planned customer engagements and follow through on service commitments.

Net new monthly recurring revenue is calculated as:

New-customer MRR + expansion MRR − churned MRR − reductions in existing subscriptions.

New sales and expansion do not offset losses when assessing the separate retention target.

During the first 90 days, the proposed sales target is 1 new paying school per month while maintaining service quality for existing customers. Final targets will be agreed based on account workload and available resources.

What We Offer

  • Approved travel and customer meeting expenses reimbursed separately from commission.
  • Product training and collaboration with regional teams
  • 15 days of annual leave and 1 birthday leave per year
  • Social insurance and private VBI insurance
  • Yearly performance bonus
  • Flexible working mode (hybrid/remote)
  • Welfare benefit up to 400,000 VND/pax/month
  • Annual mid-year company retreat
  • Work equipment with MacBook provided

Hiring Process

  • HR Introduction Call
  • Take-home Role Challenge
  • Technical Interview - Product Test
  • Reference and Offer

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
