1. 负责公司中台客户端的建设和优化，深入参与中间件需求设计，架构优化等，强力支持集团各业务线； 2. 主导技术难题攻关，解决各种疑难杂症，客户端性能优化，持续提升 APP 性能与可用性。

1. 具备 3 年以上开发经验，有过平台组件模块设计或平台架构改造成功经验，熟练掌握 Java/ Kotlin，洞悉语言背后的实现原理； 2. 深入理解内存管理机制（JVM 垃圾回收机制）、Handler/Looper 消息循环、Binder 跨进程通信等底层特性，熟悉多线程（线程池/协程）原理，精通 TCP/IP 网络原理； 3. 熟悉 APP 开发的主流框架和设计模式，能灵活运用解决业务实际问题； 4. 深入理解视图渲染及显示机制，熟练使用 Android Profiler、Systrace 等工具链进行性能调优； 5. 重视规范与交付，具备良好的编码风格； 6. 熟悉敏捷开发流程，重视交付与协作效率，有强烈的 deadline 意识； 7. 具有责任感和荣誉感，踏实稳重，对技术有激情，能独立钻研解决技术难题； 8. 加分项：熟悉泛娱乐行业（社交语聊类产品）、熟悉 Vibe Coding 相关实践优先。
