1. 本科及以上学历，熟悉1-2 个 HR 模块实操经验，以招聘模块为主； 2. 5年以内招聘经验，有中高端岗位/关键岗位招聘实操经验，有互联网行业招聘经验优先； 3. 具备良好的数据分析能力，能通过数据复盘优化招聘流程与渠道结构； 4. 目标感强，结果导向，具备优秀的沟通谈判、协调推进能力，自我驱动与执行力突出； 5. 学习能力强，能持续跟进行业人才动态与招聘趋势，有人才地图经验优先； 6. 具备AI工具应用能力，熟练使用主流生成式AI、智能招聘工具，可利用AI优化招聘产出、精简事务性工作，愿意主动落地AI数字化招聘方法。
