1、配合市场需求，独立负责效果广告视频素材设计制作，为传播效果、素材消耗与转化负责； 2、结合产品特点、渠道与用户特性，产出创意方向并独立完成设计实现； 3、独立负责重点产品/渠道的素材策略与创意产出，能拆解爆款、沉淀方法论，并对素材产能与质量负责； 4、探索并落地AIGC在效果广告素材中的应用，搭建AI辅助生产工作流，提升素材生产效率与创意多样性； 5、团队协作，参与创意脑暴，推动素材测试与复盘；

1、本科及以上学历，广告、影视、数字媒体、动画等相关专业，1年及以上效果广告广告素材设计经验，有社交、游戏商等行业经验者优先； 2、具备良好的审美基础，逻辑思维强，对视频的镜头、节奏、色彩、画面创意等有较好的把握； 3、熟练使用AE、PR、PS、CapCut等设计软件，对设计效率化工具、批量生产工具有研究； 4、熟练使用至少2-3款主流AI设计工具，能独立完成AI视频生成与后期优化、快速迭代和创意测试； 5、活跃于社交媒体平台，对社交、娱乐、游戏等流行话题高度敏感； 6、具备增长意识，有一定的数据分析能力与用户洞察力； 7、认真细致，自驱力强，快速适应，为团队带来正向影响。
