1. 负责公司中台服务的建设和优化，深入参与中间件需求设计，架构优化等，强力支持集团各业务线； 2. 主导技术难题攻关，解决各种疑难杂症，系统优化，持续提升核心系统的性能与可用性。

1. 具备 5 年以上开发经验，有过平台服务设计或平台架构改造成功经验，扎实的 Java 编程基础，熟悉常用的设计模式、多线程编程、NIO 模型，具备良好的编码实践，善于重构代码和有 CodeReview 习惯的尤佳； 2. 熟悉高性能、高并发、高可用性分布式系统设计，熟悉RPC、缓存、消息队列、负载均衡、Nginx 等，并能进行系统的调优和优化； 3. 熟悉 JVM，包括内存模型、类加载机制以及性能优化； 4. 熟悉 MySQL 数据库，有数据库调优经验，熟悉主流 NoSQL 数据库； 5. 熟悉 Linux 等操作系统的日常操作，熟练使用 Maven、Git； 6. 解决线上问题能力强，善于定位问题原因； 7. 工作细心、严谨，有耐心，有强烈的 deadline 意识； 8. 对技术有激情，具备良好的学习能力和团队协作能力，善于沟通和分享； 9. 加分项：熟悉泛娱乐行业（社交语聊类产品）、熟悉 Vibe Coding 相关实践优先。
