1、深入了解全球跨境支付市场的情况、行业发展走向以及竞争对手产品的特点，结合公司整体目标，制定跨境支付产品的发展战略和中长期计划，明确产品的定位、发展方向和重要节点，让产品在市场上有差异化优势，带动公司跨境支付业务持续增长。 2、负责跨境支付产品线的整体规划和布局，涵盖跨境汇款、收款、货币兑换、跨境电子钱包、跨境支付平台、资金清结算、外汇等各类产品，协调好各产品之间的关系，构建完善、高效、多元化的跨境支付产品体系，满足不同客户在不同场景下的跨境支付需求。 3、维护和加深与重要客户的合作关系，定期去拜访客户，了解他们的需求和反馈，及时调整产品策略和服务方案，为客户提供定制化的跨境支付解决方案，提高客户满意度和忠诚度，促进长期合作，同时挖掘客户潜在需求，开拓新业务合作机会，推动公司跨境支付业务多元化发展。 4、组建专业、高效、有创新精神的跨境支付产品团队，根据业务发展需要，规划好团队架构和人员配置，招聘优秀人才，打造一支有国际视野、专业背景和实战经验的产品精英团队，为公司跨境支付业务发展提供人才保障。 5、负责团队的日常管理和人才培养，制定团队目标和绩效考核制度，激励团队成员积极创新，营造好的团队氛围和工作环境；关注团队成员职业发展，制定个性化培养计划，提供培训和晋升机会，帮助成员提升技能和素质，打造有凝聚力和战斗力的团队。 6、密切关注国际跨境支付监管政策的变化，及时调整产品策略和业务流程，确保公司跨境支付产品符合监管要求，配合监管机构检查和指导，树立公司合规形象，保障公司跨境支付业务稳定发展。

1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、计算机、数学等相关专业优先，要有扎实的专业知识，能为跨境支付产品的研发和运营提供理论和实践指导。 2、10年以上跨境支付行业工作经验，其中至少5年以上跨境支付产品管理经验，有从零开始打造跨境支付产品并推向市场的完整经验，熟悉跨境支付业务全流程和关键环节，对产品设计、研发、运营、推广等各环节有深入理解和丰富实践经验。 3、有丰富的团队管理经验，曾成功带领过20人以上的跨境支付产品团队，有卓越的领导、组织协调和人才培养能力，能激发团队成员潜力，打造高效、团结、创新的团队文化，带领团队实现业务突破和增长。 4、深入了解跨境支付业务模式、流程和风险点，熟悉国际支付清算体系、外汇管理政策、反洗钱法规等相关法律法规和监管要求，能确保产品合法合规运营，有效防范风险。 5、精通跨境支付产品设计和研发流程，有出色的产品规划、需求分析、功能设计和项目管理能力，熟练掌握产品设计工具和项目管理方法，能带领团队高效开展产品创新研发工作，保证产品按时高质量上线并持续优化。 6、英语流利，听说读写能力优秀，能用英语进行商务沟通、产品介绍、团队协作等工作优先，有良好的跨文化沟通和国际商务谈判能力，能和全球客户、合作伙伴、团队成员无障碍交流合作。 7、有卓越的战略思维和前瞻视野，能站在全球跨境支付市场高度，洞察行业趋势，制定有前瞻性和竞争力的产品战略，引领公司跨境支付业务发展。 8、有强烈的责任心和敬业精神，能在高强度工作环境下保持高效，勇于担责，敢于挑战，有出色的抗压和解决问题能力，能带领团队克服困难，确保业务顺利推进。 9、有良好的沟通、协调和团队合作能力，能和公司内部各部门及外部合作伙伴建立良好合作关系，协调资源推动跨境支付业务发展。
