1. 负责公司整体安全体系规划与建设，保障跨境支付业务、基础设施及数据全链路安全 2. 负责支付业务安全评审、代码审计与渗透测试，将安全检测与漏洞治理融入研发全流程 3. 负责云平台、Kubernetes 及基础设施安全治理，推进安全基线落地、配置合规检查与持续加固 4. 负责数据安全与防泄露体系建设，落地数据分级分类、加密脱敏、访问审计及跨境访问控制 5. 负责大模型、知识库及 AI Agent 安全管控，防范提示词注入、数据泄露、越权操作等风险 6. 制定企业 AI 工具使用规范，开展第三方 AI 服务安全评估，探索 AI 在安全运营的落地应用 7. 负责安全自动化工具研发，覆盖漏洞扫描、渗透测试等场景，推进 AI 驱动的安全工具迭代 8. 建设安全监控与应急响应机制，主导安全事件处置、攻防演练及复盘整改 9. 推进 PCI DSS 等安全合规体系落地，协同落实全球目标市场监管要求，完成安全审计与整改 10. 负责办公网络、终端、邮箱及协作工具安全，完善账号权限管理、入离职安全管控、反钓鱼与远程办公安全防护 11. 制定信息安全制度与操作规范，开展员工安全培训与供应商安全评估，推动安全要求全链路落地

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机或信息安全相关专业，7 年以上安全领域工作经验 2. 具备企业级安全体系建设经验，能结合业务需求制定安全方案并推动落地 3. 熟悉应用安全攻防技术，可独立开展安全评审、代码审计、渗透测试及全生命周期漏洞治理 4. 熟悉主流云平台、Linux 与 Kubernetes 安全，具备生产环境安全加固实战经验 5. 熟悉数据安全、身份认证与权限管理，具备敏感数据保护与访问控制落地经验 6. 熟悉大模型及 AI Agent 常见安全风险，具备 AI 应用安全评估或企业 AI 工具治理经验 7. 熟练掌握 Python、Go 或 Java 至少一种编程语言，具备安全工具、自动化平台的开发能力，有 AI 安全工具研发经验者优先 8. 熟悉 PCI DSS 等安全标准，有支付、金融或跨境数据合规经验者优先 9. 有 SRE 岗位经验，熟悉监控告警、故障应急与容灾演练者优先 10. 熟悉企业办公安全体系，具备终端防护、邮件安全、账号权限及数据防泄露实践经验 11. 具备良好的跨部门协作与项目推动能力，务实负责，能平衡安全、系统稳定性与业务效率
