Commis de salle (H/F) - CDI

Au sein de l’équipe restauration, vous assistez les chefs de rang et participez activement au bon déroulement du service en salle, dans le respect des standards d’un établissement haut de gamme.

Vos missions principales

Mise en place & service

  • Participer à la mise en place de la salle (dressage, nettoyage, préparation du matériel)
  • Assurer le service des mets et boissons sous la responsabilité du Chef de rang
  • Débarrasser et redresser les tables pendant et après le service

Relation client

  • Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme
  • Être attentif(ve) aux besoins des clients et contribuer à leur satisfaction
  • Appliquer les consignes de service et les standards LOISIUM

Organisation & hygiène

  • Veiller à la propreté de la salle et des offices
  • Respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
  • Participer à l’entretien du matériel et des locaux

Profil recherché

Formation & expérience

  • Formation en hôtellerie-restauration appréciée
  • Première expérience en salle ou en restauration est un plus
  • Débutants motivés acceptés

Qualités & savoir-être

  • Sens du service et esprit d’équipe
  • Dynamisme, rigueur et réactivité
  • Bonne présentation et attitude professionnelle

Disponibilité

  • Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires décalés (services du midi et/ou du soir, week-ends, jours fériés)
  • Ponctualité et fiabilité
