AI Infra 产品架构与体验产品经理 具备 5 年及以上的产品+工程双重经验

  • 计算机 / 软件工程科班,或同等且可验证的功底:熟悉 LLM/Agent 技术原理:LLM API、上下文窗口与 KV Cache、Agent Loop、Tool Use、Planning、Memory、Skills、MCP、Subagent 与 Multi-Agent 协作 对 Prompt / Context / Harness Engineering 有第一手实践,理解一次 Agent 任务的完整计算路径(模型推理与工具执行如何交替、状态驻留在哪里、成本产生在哪里) 理解分布式系统基本问题:状态机、幂等、中断恢复、多租户隔离
  • 是 Agent 产品的高强度用户:深度使用 Claude Code / Cursor / Manus 等并融入日常工作,能讲清各家 Harness 的设计取舍;能以 vibe coding 方式写出可运行原型
  • 产品判断力:能从用户场景裁剪功能,而非堆砌平台能力，提交过往系统设计文档或技术写作作为作品集，

加分项

  • 工程师转产品，开发者/平台/基础设施产品经验;
  • GitHub、开源项目或自建 Agent / MCP server 作品, 拥抱开源社区;
  • 了解证券投资领域;了解计算理论；
  • 中英双语工作能力。

1. 负责 Agent 执行链路架构， 围绕 Agent loop 设计数据、计算机制与对应的工具架构，让单位任务被正确、经济地完成 2. 负责 Agent 运行层，基于业务场景架构 Agent 运行方式，如定时与事件触发、生命周期状态机、心跳与中断恢复机制，云端托管等运行环境 3. 负责 Agent platform 产品架构与体验，满足内部外部用户 Agent 的创建 / 调试 / 发布 / 调用 / 迭代，以及 Agent Store 构造投资领域的 OpenAPI / MCP / CLI / Skill 等数据开放生态，设计开放服务的统一规范。 4. 与评测团队定义 Ground Truth 与质量验收标准,每项能力以「有真实的生产级消费方」为就位判据; 与模型团队协同调优模型与 Harness岗位要求。
