About Us Longbridge is building a next-generation AI investing app designed to help everyday investors learn, build confidence, and take action. As investing behavior shifts toward mobile-first experiences and AI changes how people interact with financial products, we’re building an experience that’s simpler, more intuitive, and grounded in trust. We’re a fast-moving, high-ownership team operating in a highly regulated environment. We care deeply about customer outcomes, clarity, and execution quality—and we measure what matters.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a frontline point of contact for securities account holders across chat, email, and phone
  • Provides support for account inquires, deposits/withdrawals, statements, and other general account servicing topics
  • Identity, flag, and escalate potential fraud, security, or compliance-relevant issues per internal procedures
  • Contribute to and help maintain the team's knowledge base articles, desktop procedures, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support the onboarding and training of future hires as the team continues to grow

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior customer support experience, ideally in fintech, brokerage, crypto, or another regulated financial services environment
  • Basic knowledge of Securities and Crypto markets
  • Comfort working within structured, compliance-driven procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the judgement to de-escalate and explain technical or financial concepts in plain language
  • Attention to detail - this role sits inside a regulated environment where accuracy matters
  • Licensing is preferred such as a series 7 or series 99
  • Ability to work independently on a lean team in a startup environment
  • Ability to recognize red flags for fraud or security issues and follow escalation procedures
  • Able to commit to 8:00am-5:00pm shift with flexibility to transition to evening support hours with adequate notice in the future.
