Job description

  1. 负责 APP 整体架构顶层设计与持续演进，涵盖信息架构、导航体系、通用组件框架与模块划分，确保架构高弹性可扩展，支持业务快速迭代与用户自定义功能；结合公司产品矩阵战略，明确 APP 定位，梳理与 Web/Desktop 等端的功能边界与体验一致性；
  2. 主导建立 APP 数据评估体系，定义核心业务与体验指标；基于数据分析核心用户路径痛点与转化瓶颈，通过 A/B 测试与可用性验证，持续优化核心流程，提升产品转化率与用户体验；
  3. 规划架构级与体验升级项目，制定项目 roadmap ；管理需求池与迭代节奏，协同跨团队推动方案高质量落地；
  4. 管理各团队预期，在复杂项目中凝聚共识并达成目标；在组织内推广产品架构方法与数据驱动思维，提升团队整体能力。

岗位要求

  1. 本科及以上学历，5 年以上产品设计经验，独立负责过百万级用户 APP 框架设计或大型架构重构项目优先；
  2. 精通用户需求分析、信息架构设计与可用性测试方法，熟悉 iOS/Android 平台设计规范与多端设计原则；
  3. 对用户体验有极高敏感度和追求，具备优秀的系统思考、逻辑分析与用户同理心，能平衡体验、业务与技术成本；
  4. 扎实的数理逻辑基础，对待数据严肃认真，有丰富的数据驱动产品优化实战经验；
  5. 出色的跨团队沟通与项目推动能力，强烈的责任感、Owner 意识与自我驱动力，能在不确定性中主动解决问题。

加分项

  1. 英文可作为工作语言，熟悉海外市场者优先；
  2. 有互联网金融、证券交易行业经验者优先；
  3. 对AI有了解，对AI+投资有一定思考优先。
