Job description

数据接入与源管理

  • 根据业务规划，主导金融新市场（行情、基本面等）数据的接入落地，包括供应商评估、接口分析、需求方案设计及项目推动；
  • 深入理解金融业务规则（如标的信息、公司行动、实时行情、财务指标等），确保产品设计中的业务逻辑严谨、完备。

产品规划与迭代

  • 基于交易所规则变更、客户需求及内部业务需求，进行需求分析、逻辑梳理与产品方案设计，推动产品持续迭代；
  • 负责日常用户反馈处理，将问题转化为产品改进点，协调资源推动解决；
  • 持续梳理与沉淀业务规则，推动产品标准化与质量提升。

质量保障与协同

  • 建立并持续完善数据质量监控规则与问题处理机制；
  • 协同其他产品与技术团队，共建数据质量平台与相关工具。

职位要求

必备条件

  • 统招本科及以上，5 年以上金融数据类产品经验，具备金融行情或基本面数据产品完整落地经验，主导过至少一个金融市场数据从接入到应用的端到端项目；
  • 熟练掌握 SQL，或熟悉 ICE、HKEX OMD 等主流金融市场数据协议（满足其一）；
  • 具备优秀的跨团队协作与项目管理能力，责任心强，主动推动目标达成。

优先条件

  • 英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的听说读写能力；
  • 熟悉标普、路孚特、万得等金融数据源或终端产品。
