Job description

1、对接SaaS 业务团队，深刻理解产品的一站式解决方案及相关SaaS服务体系，评估客户接入方案、报价、协议等，出具财务建议等财评报告，支持客户接入工作；建立标准客户毛利滚动预测和年度ROI复盘机制； 2、主导SaaS 客户交付结算财务工作，完善计费系统底层数据治理，梳理设计计费结算规则和策略，应用AI 能力实现全自动计费数据核对和账单出具，提升月结效能；协同交付团队确保交付按合同执行，支持所有SaaS 业务可计费可查询，数据证据链完整；跟进月结异常事项解决，并出具月结稳定性报告，提升月结能力； 3、推进计费系统全球化迭代升级，整合对接CRM等系统，提升数据流转与业务协作效率，支持主客双向智能计费以及全球化多主体、多市场、多币种等一站式计费系统； 4、支持BD 绩效结算、Marketing 管理和其他结算支持相关工作，制定机制标准SOP；出具相关结算分析报告，提供业务决策支持；对接集团TP、集团管报等财务内部事务等其他bp工作。

岗位要求

1、全日制本科及以上学历，拥有7年以上财务相关工作经验，其中至少3年财务BP（Business Partner）经验；有大型财务相关系统建设经验和To B SaaS 业务对接经验；具备互联网、SaaS技术公司工作经历者优先；持有CPA、CMA、CBAP等专业资格认证者优先； 2、在快速变化的行业环境中具备敏锐的业务洞察力与高效学习能力，能够迅速适应新兴领域；拥有极强的逻辑思维能力和深度思考能力，同时具备高效的执行力与抗压能力；乐于跨部门合作，具备优秀的团队协作与沟通能力，能够有效推动复杂业务开展； 3、熟练掌握全面的财务知识体系，具备较强的业务分析能力，能够将财务洞察转化为业务建议，驱动决策动态优化。具有良好的英语读写能力，能够娴熟使用英语作为工作语言，应对国际化业务场景。
