关于团队 长桥的 AI Agent 工程团队，专注于把大模型能力真正落地到证券行业的生产系统中。我们的工作处在客户交付与核心平台研发的交汇点——不做demo，只对生产环境负责。

关于这个角色 Forward Deployed Engineer（前线部署工程师）将主导 AI Agent 在香港及大湾区券商、财富管理机构等战略客户现场的复杂端到端部署。你将负责需求发现、技术方案界定、系统设计、构建与生产上线的全过程，并直接与客户的业务团队、IT团队和合规风控团队协作。 你的成功标准是客户的真实业务采用(adoption)、可衡量的效率与风险改善，以及能反哺产品与工程路线图的评测驱动反馈。你会与我们的AI产品、Agent工程、证券交易平台、风控、清结算、财富管理、安全合规和交付团队紧密合作。 这个岗位 base 深圳，根据项目阶段安排大湾区客户现场、混合办公或短期出差。

在这个角色上,你将

  • 主导多个客户部署项目，从第一个原型到稳定生产环境的全程技术交付
  • 把AI Agent、RAG、MCP等能力安全集成进证券交易、账户、风控、清结算等核心业务系统
  • 深度嵌入客户团队，理解真实业务痛点,并推动其采用你构建的方案
  • 界定项目范围,安排交付节奏，提前识别并清除风控、合规、集成层面的障碍
  • 在范围、速度与质量之间做权衡，并根据金融级系统对稳定性和可审计性的要求调整方案
  • 在关键节点亲自写代码，当交付进度或问题定位依赖于此时
  • 把行之有效的方案沉淀为Prompt模板、Agent工具、评测集等可复用资产
  • 把一线客户反馈带回产品与工程团队，推动模型和平台能力持续改进
  • 通过清晰沟通和持续跟进,让复杂的多方协作(客户、合规、内部团队)保持推进节奏

如果你具备以下特质,可能会很适合这个角色

  • 3 年以上工程或技术交付经验，且包含客户对接类工作
  • 在需求模糊、约束较多的环境中，独立界定过范围并交付过复杂系统
  • 能用 Python、TypeScript 或类似技术栈，编写生产级代码,理解API设计、系统集成与安全边界
  • 构建过或部署过由 LLM 驱动的系统（RAG、Agent、Tool Calling），理解模型行为如何影响业务体验
  • 能化繁为简，在客户现场的高压环境下做出快速且靠谱的判断
  • 能与客户的业务、IT、合规、风控团队及管理层进行专业、清晰的技术沟通
  • 能提前识别金融场景特有的风险（权限、审计、幻觉、误操作），并在不拖慢交付节奏的前提下解决
  • 在证券行业这种高监管、高审计要求的场景下，展现出应有的谨慎和判断力

加分项

  • 有券商、财富管理、清结算、合规风控或金融科技系统经验
  • 有MCP Server/Client、OpenAPI、Function Calling或Agent工具链的实际开发经验
  • 熟悉港股、美股等多市场交易业务,或了解SFC、HKEX等监管要求
  • 有Prompt注入防护、权限控制(RBAC/ABAC)、审计留痕等AI安全治理经验

工作地点与语言 Base 深圳，根据项目安排前往粤港澳大湾区客户现场。普通话、英语流利；粤语能力为加分项，尤其适合香港本地客户现场沟通。
