作为公司 IT 基础设施的核心支撑人员，您将负责保障办公环境的稳定高效运行，并参与基础架构、安全及 IT 项目的落地。 1. 桌面与办公支持 技术支持：为全体员工提供 L1/L2 技术支持，快速响应并闭环处理硬件、操作系统、办公软件及业务客户端的各类问题，保障 SLA。 生命周期管理：负责员工入职、账号开通、权限分配，确保流程规范与数据安全。 终端管理：维护 PC、Mac、笔记本、打印机、视频会议终端等各类设备。 2. 网络与安全协作 配合网络工程师完成交换机、路由器、防火墙、无线等设备的日常运维与策略调整，处理网络连通性问题并定位故障点。 协助落地零信任接入、终端准入等安全策略，参与告警处置与基线检查。 编写并维护 SOP、排障手册及知识库文档，持续沉淀团队经验。 3. IT 项目管理与交付 项目执行：负责或参与办公 IT 相关项目的落地，如新办公室筹建、终端管理平台选型与部署、协作工具（视频会议、IM、SSO 等）上线、安全合规项目等。 需求与方案：对接业务方与厂商，梳理需求、输出方案与预算评估，跟进 POC、采购、实施到验收的全流程。 进度与风险：制定项目计划与里程碑，识别并跟踪风险，定期向上汇报进展，确保按时交付。 跨地区协同：协调多地办公室及外部供应商资源，保障项目在分布式环境下的一致落地。 1. 教育背景与经验 计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业，专科及以上学历。3 年以上企业 IT 支持 / Helpdesk 相关工作经验，有跨地区或跨境办公环境支持经验者优先。 具备独立或主导过 IT 项目（如办公室搬迁、MDM 部署、协作平台上线等）经验者优先。 2. 专业技能 网络基础：掌握 TCP/IP、VLAN、DNS、DHCP 等核心概念，熟练使用常用排障命令与抓包工具定位问题。 设备经验：具备 Cisco、H3C、华为、Ubiquiti 等主流网络设备的基本配置或管理经验。 加分项：熟悉 Jamf、Intune、FleetDM 等 MDM/UEM 平台；具备 Google Workspace、Microsoft 365 等 SaaS 管理经验。 3. 项目管理能力 熟悉项目管理基本流程（需求、计划、执行、验收、复盘），能够独立推动中小型 IT 项目落地。 具备良好的需求分析、文档撰写与跨部门沟通能力，能在业务方、厂商与技术团队之间高效协同。 有供应商管理、报价谈判及合同跟进经验者优先。 4. 语言与综合素质 英语：可作为工作语言，具备良好的听说读写能力，能独立处理跨境同事与海外厂商沟通。 粤语：具备日常口语沟通能力者优先。 本地化背景：拥有深圳户口或持有深圳居住证者优先；持有（或有资格办理）有效港澳通行证及护照，可适应较高频次的出差。 软素质：具备良好的服务意识、责任心与团队协作精神，能够在多任务、多地点协同的环境下保持稳定输出。 5. 加分项 持有 PMP、Prince2、ITIL Foundation 或同等级别项目管理 / IT 服务管理认证。
