Job description

岗位职责

  1. 负责港美股期权、期货及期货期权的产品规划，制定路线图，持续跟踪竞品与市场变化，找到差异化机会。
  2. 设计期权交易核心体验：期权链、单腿与多腿策略下单（价差、跨式、宽跨式、铁鹰等）、策略构建器、盈亏图与希腊值、持仓与组合盈亏、行权/指派/到期处理。
  3. 联合清算、风控、合规团队设计衍生品保证金、购买力、风险提示与适当性流程，确保产品在各实体与各市场规则下合规可落地。
  4. 统筹 App、PC、Web 等多终端的衍生品体验，基于不同终端的使用场景（盯盘、分析、快速下单）做差异化设计，同时保证数据与交互一致。
  5. 深入理解零售与专业客户的衍生品交易需求，通过用户访谈、数据分析、客诉与交易行为洞察，持续提升激活、交易频次与留存。
  6. 与研发、设计、数据、运营、市场协作，推动需求从定义到上线、复盘的全流程；输出清晰的 PRD、业务规则与验收标准。
  7. 对接交易所、清算商、数据供应商等外部伙伴，评估新产品与新能力（如指数期权、0DTE、新市场衍生品）的可行性。

任职要求

  1. 本科及以上学历，金融、数学、计算机、工程等相关专业优先。
  2. 5 年以上互联网券商、交易平台或金融科技产品经验，其中 3 年以上负责期权或期货交易产品。
  3. 熟悉美股期权与港股期权的交易规则、合约要素、行权与指派机制；了解期货交易、保证金与结算的基本逻辑。
  4. 对市场上主流券商的衍生品产品有深入体验和独到判断，能说清楚优劣与背后原因。
  5. 有 C 端交易产品设计经验，理解跨终端（移动端与桌面端）的体验差异，对交易效率、信息密度与风险提示的平衡有自己的方法。
  6. 学习能力强、积极主动，能在规则复杂、多方协作的环境中自驱推进，对结果负责。
  7. 英语可作为工作语言，能阅读英文规则文档，并与海外团队、清算商进行书面与会议沟通。
