Job description

岗位职责：

  1. 广告投放执行：支持 AI 全球业务、新加坡及澳门市场证券业务在 Google Ads、Meta Ads、Apple Ads 等渠道的广告上线、日常巡检与优化；在既定目标和预算范围内执行出价、受众、关键词及素材调整，并检查链接、追踪参数、投放状态和落地页；
  2. 关注完整获客链路：跟踪从广告点击、安装、注册、开户到入金及首笔交易的转化表现。除 CPI、CPA 等前端指标外，持续关注入金用户数量、获客成本和用户质量，及时识别前端数据改善但后端转化下降的情况；
  3. 数据监测与问题排查：跟踪花费、曝光、点击、安装、注册、开户、入金及 CAC 等指标；结合广告平台、MMP 和业务后台数据核对结果，及时发现转化漏斗或归因异常，并提出初步分析与处理建议；
  4. 素材测试与跨团队协作：与设计、内容及区域团队协作，整理素材需求、上线版本和测试结果；根据投放表现反馈创意方向，推动不同市场的素材迭代，并检查广告文案、落地页及相关合规表述的一致性；
  5. 测试支持与流程沉淀：配合资深成员推进新渠道、受众、素材及转化链路测试，清晰记录测试假设、设置、结果和后续动作；完善账户操作清单、异常排查方法及复盘模板；
  6. 使用 AI 提效：使用 AI 辅助资料整理、初步分析、文案构思和报告编写，对生成结果进行事实、数据、语言及合规核验；遵守公司数据管理要求，不向未经授权的工具输入敏感业务或用户信息。

任职核心要求：

  1. 本科及以上学历；
  2. 至少 2 年海外效果广告投放经验。有 Google Ads/ Meta Ads/Tiktok/X Ads 其中2个渠道的实际账户操作经验并参与过产品完整的投放和复盘周期。能够清楚说明自己负责过的投放目标、优化动作及结果；有App 增长或金融领域投放经验者优先；
  3. 具备扎实的基础数据分析能力和较强的逻辑性。理解广告投放过程指标，能够使用 AI 工具整理和分析数据；理解转化事件、归因及漏斗的基本概念，遇到异常能够主动核对与排查；
  4. 能够高效且审慎地使用 AI。有将 AI 应用于具体工作流程的实践，也能判断其输出是否可靠，知道哪些数据、结论和对外内容必须由人工核验；不会以 AI 输出代替自身分析；
  5. 合规意识和执行细致度，具备成长意愿。能够管理并行任务、记录关键变更、主动反馈风险，愿意在带教下逐步承担更完整的渠道或市场责任；
  6. 加分项：具备良好的英文沟通能力。能够阅读英文平台资料，独立撰写工作邮件、沟通投放问题并参与英文工作会议；能够对英文广告文案进行基础检查。
