解决方案架构师 - 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息系统或相关专业优先 - 具备良好的学习能力和技术理解能力，可接受跨行业背景（如互联网、云计算、企业软件等），公司可提供证券业务培训 - 逻辑思维能力强，能够快速理解复杂系统和抽象问题 技术能力要求 - 对底层技术与中间件有扎实理解，包括但不限于： - 分布式系统基本原理 - 常见中间件（如消息队列、缓存、数据库、服务治理组件等） - 熟悉主流公有云基础设施，有 AWS 使用经验者优先，包括但不限于： - 计算、网络、存储等基础云服务 - 云上高可用、容灾、弹性伸缩等架构设计思路 - 对系统架构、系统集成、性能与稳定性设计有基本认知 综合素质要求 - 思维敏捷、理解能力强，能够快速消化新业务、新系统、新技术 - 沟通能力良好，能够与客户及内部团队进行有效、专业的技术沟通 - 具备较强的责任感和自驱力，能够在复杂场景下推进问题解决 - 对技术和业务结合有兴趣，愿意长期深耕金融/证券科技领域
