Job description

工作地点： 上海（特别优秀者可考虑香港 / 深圳） 岗位职责：

  1. 覆盖全球 AI 半导体产业链，重点跟踪存储（DRAM、NAND）及 HDD 等细分行业与核心公司，把握 AI 驱动下的产业升级趋势
  2. 善用 AI 工具提升研究效率，高效完成信息收集、财报解读与行业跟踪；
  3. 围绕行业趋势、公司财报、热点事件与关键变化，撰写行业及公司研究报告，输出通俗易懂的财务分析与观点判断；
  4. 搭建并维护核心公司的财务预测与估值模型，以买方思维给出投资判断；
  5. 完成团队负责人交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

  1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济等相关专业，有电子、半导体等理工科背景或产业背景者优先；
  2. 3 年以上半导体相关行业研究经验，具备一定产业资源者优先；
  3. 熟悉财务报表分析与常用估值方法，能够独立搭建估值模型；
  4. 逻辑分析能力强，勤于思考，乐于交流与表达；
  5. 对投资研究有热情，学习能力与自驱力强。

加分项：

  1. 有券商研究所、买方机构、第三方独立研究机构或半导体产业公司工作经验，熟悉港美股市场；
  2. 良好的英文读写能力，能熟练阅读海外公司财报及业绩会纪要；
  3. 熟练使用主流大模型工具，掌握 Python、SQL 等工具者更佳；
  4. 有可展示的研究报告、估值模型或投研类内容作品（含个人财经自媒体）。
