Job description

About Us

Longbridge is an AI-powered online brokerage that serves global investors with optimal trading experience through building worldwide trading infrastructure and networks. Established in March 2019, Longbridge holds 22 financial licenses and qualifications across the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand and other regions, having secured over US$150 million in strategic investments from major financial and investment institutions. Its subsidiary, Longbridge Securities (Hong Kong) Limited (CE No.: BPX066), holds Type 1, 2, 4, and 9 licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).

What You'll Do

  1. Design and develop core backend systems for our wealth management platform, supporting portfolio management, asset allocation, NAV/performance calculation, and rebalancing capabilities
  2. Build and optimize shared components within the wealth management system to improve development efficiency and reusability across our wealth management product lines
  3. Identify performance bottlenecks and reliability gaps in large-scale computation and data processing workflows (e.g. batch NAV calculation, portfolio rebalancing) to improve system stability and scalability
  4. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across account, portfolio, and calculation modules, and continuously optimize system performance
  5. Explore applying AI Agent technology to wealth management scenarios (e.g. investment advisory, portfolio insights) to enhance system intelligence

What We're Looking For

  1. 5+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years working in Go, with high-performance server-side architecture design
  2. Hands-on experience building microservices and high-concurrency/high-throughput production systems
  3. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
  4. Familiar with Linux/Unix environments and common middleware internals
  5. Professional written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

  1. Domain knowledge in wealth management, asset management, or investment products (e.g. portfolio management, fund products, robo-advisory)
  2. Proficiency in Java, Python, or Rust
  3. Familiarity with AI development, including AI Agent development and underlying principles

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
