Job description

  1. 聚焦核心业务：深入理解并聚焦于港股及美股市场的券商客户，特别是其核心柜台系统、交易链路及合规风控需求。
  2. 构建解决方案：整合公司内外部产品与技术资源，针对不同规模和类型的机构（例如互联网券商、传统券商、银行），设计具备核心竞争力的、安全、高效的SaaS化产品解决方案。
  3. 需求落地与执行：承担部分后台模块的需求执行落地。
  4. 项目推进与支持：负责协调产品、研发及交付团队，推动解决方案的落地实施与顺利交付。
  5. 知识沉淀与创新：基于对港美股行业的深刻洞察，沉淀并输出可复制的业务场景解决方案、客户成功案例及行业最佳实践；持续关注行业动态与技术演进，驱动产品创新。

职位要求:

核心经验（必备）：

  • 3年以上港美股券商核心系统（如柜台、交易、结算）相关工作经验，无论是来自券商产品部门、还是头部金融IT供应商。
  • 深刻理解港股/美股的交易规则、流程、清结算及风控逻辑，熟悉券商的核心业务场景。

专业能力与经验：

  • 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、金融工程等相关专业优先。
  • 具备面向B端客户的解决方案架构、售前支持或产品设计经验，能够独立完成从需求分析到方案呈现的全过程。
  • 具备优秀的客户沟通、引导和协调能力，逻辑清晰，有韧性，能够在复杂的组织环境中驱动合作，达成目标。
