Objetivo da posição

Atuar na análise exploratória de dados, desenvolvimento de modelos estatísticos e construção de soluções analíticas que apoiem as decisões estratégicas e operacionais do Grupo Senff, identificando padrões, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria a partir dos dados.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar análises exploratórias e estatísticas para identificação de padrões, tendências e oportunidades de negócio.
  • Desenvolver modelos estatísticos e preditivos para resolução de problemas corporativos.
  • Criar segmentações, indicadores e análises de comportamento para apoiar decisões de negócio.
  • Desenvolver e validar hipóteses utilizando métodos estatísticos e técnicas de Machine Learning.
  • Preparar, tratar e integrar dados de diferentes fontes estruturadas e não estruturadas.
  • Construir e otimizar consultas SQL para extração e análise de dados.
  • Desenvolver dashboards, relatórios analíticos e apresentações de resultados para áreas técnicas e de negócio.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com Engenharia de Dados, Engenharia de Machine Learning e áreas de negócio.
  • Traduzir problemas de negócio em soluções analíticas, mensurando os resultados e impactos gerados.
  • Aplicar boas práticas de qualidade, documentação, segurança e governança de dados.

Requisitos técnicos

  • Experiência com Python para análise de dados e modelagem estatística.
  • Conhecimento de bibliotecas como Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SciPy e Statsmodels.
  • Domínio de SQL para consultas, cruzamentos e análise de grandes volumes de dados.
  • Conhecimento em estatística descritiva e inferencial, testes de hipóteses e validação de modelos.
  • Experiência com técnicas de classificação, regressão, clustering e análise preditiva.
  • Experiência com visualização de dados utilizando Power BI, Tableau ou ferramentas equivalentes.
  • Conhecimento em processos de ETL/ELT e preparação de dados.
  • Capacidade de comunicar resultados técnicos de forma clara para públicos não técnicos.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com Databricks, Spark ou ferramentas de processamento distribuído.
  • Conhecimento em plataformas de cloud e serviços de dados.
  • Experiência com experimentação, testes A/B e análise de comportamento.
  • Vivência nos segmentos financeiro, cartões, meios de pagamento, crédito ou prevenção a fraudes.
  • Conhecimento em modelos de propensão, segmentação de clientes e previsão de demanda.
