Especialista em IA Generativa e Automação

Objetivo da posição

Projetar, desenvolver e implementar soluções utilizando Inteligência Artificial Generativa, agentes inteligentes e automação de processos, com foco em aumento de produtividade, otimização de fluxos operacionais e modernização dos sistemas e processos do Grupo Senff.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Identificar oportunidades de aplicação de IA Generativa e automação em processos corporativos.
  • Desenvolver aplicações baseadas em LLMs para automatização de tarefas, análise de informações e suporte à tomada de decisão.
  • Construir assistentes virtuais, chatbots e agentes inteligentes integrados a sistemas corporativos.
  • Implementar soluções de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) para consulta e interpretação de documentos e bases de conhecimento internas.
  • Desenvolver integrações com APIs, bancos de dados e aplicações empresariais.
  • Criar fluxos automatizados combinando IA, regras de negócio e ferramentas de orquestração.
  • Avaliar modelos de linguagem considerando precisão, latência, custo, segurança e aderência ao caso de uso.
  • Implementar mecanismos de avaliação, monitoramento, rastreabilidade e controle de respostas geradas por IA.
  • Aplicar práticas de segurança, privacidade, governança e uso responsável da Inteligência Artificial.
  • Atuar em conjunto com Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, QA, DevOps, Dados e áreas de negócio para colocar as soluções em produção.
  • Mapear indicadores de produtividade e mensurar o retorno das iniciativas implementadas.

Requisitos técnicos

  • Experiência prática no desenvolvimento de soluções com Inteligência Artificial Generativa.
  • Conhecimento em Python e integração de serviços por APIs REST.
  • Experiência com LLMs e modelos disponibilizados por provedores como OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic ou equivalentes.
  • Conhecimento de técnicas de engenharia de prompts e avaliação de respostas.
  • Experiência com RAG, embeddings, busca semântica e bancos vetoriais.
  • Conhecimento de frameworks como LangChain, LlamaIndex ou equivalentes.
  • Experiência na construção de fluxos de automação e integração entre sistemas.
  • Conhecimento em SQL, bancos de dados e manipulação de documentos.
  • Familiaridade com Git, Docker, testes de software e implantação de aplicações.
  • Conhecimento de segurança de aplicações de IA, controle de acesso e proteção de dados.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com agentes autônomos ou sistemas multiagentes.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação como Microsoft Power Automate, n8n ou plataformas equivalentes.
  • Experiência com Azure AI, AWS Bedrock ou Google Vertex AI.
  • Conhecimento em observabilidade, avaliação e monitoramento de aplicações de IA em produção.
  • Experiência com governança de IA, prevenção de alucinações e proteção contra prompt injection.
  • Vivência em instituições financeiras, meios de pagamento, atendimento ao cliente ou automação de processos operacionais.
