Objetivo do papel

Garantir o ritmo e a integração da frente de Dados e Analytics: um plano único, status consolidado, riscos e dependências sob controle e decisões registradas. Com isso, a coordenação e os times técnicos ficam livres para o conteúdo.

Responsabilidades

  • Manter o plano integrado da frente, alinhado aos marcos do SAP Activate e ao plano do programa.
  • Consolidar o status semanal de Dados Mestres, Migração e Analytics, incluindo o andamento da Estratégia Informacional (entrevistas, devolutivas das áreas, requisitos e data requests).
  • Controlar riscos, pendências e dependências com as frentes funcionais e com os parceiros.
  • Organizar as cerimônias da frente: triagem semanal de demandas, revisão de arquitetura e priorização com o negócio. Isso inclui pautas, atas e registro de decisões.
  • Cobrar prazos e entregáveis dos parceiros, de acordo com as responsabilidades contratadas.
  • Acompanhar a capacidade do time e a disponibilidade dos key users e pontos focais das áreas.
  • Organizar e guardar as evidências de sign-off (estratégia, mapeamentos, relatórios, cutover).
  • Ser a interface com o PMO do programa, alimentando o status integrado sem duplicar controles.

  • Status report semanal da frente.
  • Painel de riscos e pendências.
  • Mapa de dependências com as frentes funcionais.
  • Atas e registro de decisões.
  • Plano e marcos atualizados.
  • Controle de sign-offs.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência como PMO ou gerente de projetos em implementação de ERP SAP, com SAP Activate.
  • Vivência em frentes de dados: migração, dados mestres ou BI/Analytics.
  • Experiência em ambientes com vários fornecedores e na gestão de dependências entre frentes.
  • Comunicação clara com liderança executiva e capacidade de cobrar prazos.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de projetos e de painéis de status.

Desejáveis

  • Conhecimento de SAP Datasphere, Databricks ou Power BI, o suficiente para entender dependências técnicas.
  • Vivência em programas de governança de dados.
  • Experiência no setor de energia, óleo e gás ou distribuição.
  • Certificação em gestão de projetos. 

Regime de atuação: híbrido (4 dias presenciais e 1 dia remoto), São Paulo/SP
