  • Sie bewegen sich sicher im "oscare®"- und Krankenhaus-Ökosystem, um marktführende KI-Lösungen zu positionieren.
  • Sie beraten Klinikdirektoren und das Krankenhausmanagement auf Augenhöhe und helfen ihnen, Herausforderungen in der Dokumentation und Transparenz zu lösen.
  • Sie steuern anspruchsvolle öffentliche Ausschreibungen und gewinnen Großmandate, die die Arbeitsweise im Gesundheitswesen nachhaltig verändern.
  • In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung erschließen Sie neue Marktsegmente.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Branchen-DNA: Sie verstehen die Strukturen des deutschen Krankenhausmarktes und bringen Erfolge im Bereich Healthcare-IT, SaaS oder Medizintechnik mit.
  • Beratungskompetenz: Sie sind es gewohnt, komplexe Softwarelösungen vor C-Level-Entscheidern souverän zu präsentieren.
  • Strategischer Weitblick: Sie beherrschen "Long-Game"-Vertriebszyklen und die Besonderheiten des öffentlichen Vergaberechts.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch: Ein Muss für den Aufbau von tiefem Vertrauen innerhalb der deutschen Krankenhausverwaltung.
