Profilo Aziendale: Per conto di una consolidata società di consulenza internazionale specializzata nel Project & Cost Management, stiamo selezionando una figura senior per supportare l'espansione del portafoglio progetti in Italia. L'azienda opera su vasta scala nel settore delle costruzioni e sta investendo nella crescita del proprio team italiano.

Descrizione del Ruolo: Il candidato ideale ricoprirà un ruolo chiave nella gestione di progetti complessi, con un focus specifico sulla ristrutturazione, il riposizionamento di strutture esistenti e lo sviluppo di nuovi hotel.

Cerchiamo un professionista con una mentalità imprenditoriale, appassionato del settore alberghiero e con una comprovata capacità di portare a termine i progetti.

Responsabilità Principali:

  • Gestire i servizi di Project Management durante l'intero ciclo di vita del progetto, supervisionando le fasi pre e post contrattuali.
  • Garantire il rispetto degli obiettivi aziendali, assicurando il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo ("value for money") in ogni circostanza.
  • Collaborare con la dirigenza per raccogliere dati di mercato e analizzare gli elementi chiave per lo sviluppo dei progetti.
  • Redigere e supervisionare la documentazione di gara, le valutazioni delle offerte e la contrattualistica, inclusa la reportistica tecnica.
  • Gestire il controllo dei costi, inclusa la preparazione di report finanziari e previsioni di spesa (forecasting), interfacciandosi con il team interno di controllo costi.
  • Assicurare la conformità con gli standard di Sicurezza, Salute, Ambiente e Qualità (QHSE).
  • Supportare la gestione operativa quotidiana, inclusa la redazione di verbali, la gestione dei rischi (risk management) e l'aggiornamento delle dashboard di progetto.

Requisiti e Competenze:

  • Laurea in Project Management o discipline tecniche affini (Ingegneria/Architettura).
  • Esperienza minima di 4 anni, preferibilmente maturata nel settore dell'Ospitalità (Hospitality) o nel Real Estate.
  • Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di team e progetti, con capacità di definire le priorità e rispettare le scadenze.
  • Ottime doti relazionali: cerchiamo una persona flessibile, entusiasta e ambiziosa, capace di integrarsi in un team dinamico.
