Wat ga je doen?

Wij bieden je als ANIOS een veelzijdige baan op locatie Maastricht en locatie Heerlen waarin je kennis maakt en ervaring opdoet met ons gehele vakgebied.

Je werkt als arts, onder directe supervisie van de neurochirurgen op onze verpleegafdeling. Je loopt visites op de afdeling en geeft invulling aan de patiëntenzorg binnen de afdeling, participeert in de consultvoering op de Spoedeisende Hulp en binnen de kliniek en participeert (na een inwerkperiode) in de diensten.

Je krijgt tevens de gelegenheid te assisteren bij operatieve ingrepen.

De functie is verder uitermate geschikt voor een voorbereiding tot het volgen van een opleiding tot neurochirurg, neuroloog of revalidatiearts.

Participatie in wetenschappelijk onderzoek is eventueel in overleg mogelijk.

Hoe ziet je werkomgeving eruit?

Het Hersen + Zenuw Centrum (HZC) is een samenwerkingsverband van specialismen, gericht op patiënten met complexe aandoeningen van de hersenen en/of zenuwstelsel. In het Hersen + Zenuw Centrum werken specialisten van de volgende medische vakgebieden samen:

  • Neurologie
  • Neurochirurgie
  • Psychiatrie
  • Psychologie
  • Klinische Neurofysiologie
  • KNO
  • Audiologie

De afdeling Neurochirurgie maakt deel uit van het Hersen + Zenuw Centrum én het Academisch Neurochirurgisch Centrum Limburg (ANCL). Het ANCL draagt zorg voor de beste neurochirurgische zorg voor heel Limburg. Wij werken in het MUMC+ alsook in Zuyderland Ziekenhuis Heerlen als in de ziekenhuizen in Roermond, Weert en Venlo.

Momenteel bestaat de afdeling uit 18 stafleden, 11 arts-assistenten (waarvan gemiddeld 6 in opleiding tot neurochirurg), 2 Physician Assistants, 1 klinisch technoloog, 1 regiomanager, 1 officemanager, 3 casemanagers (functionele neurochirurgie, pijn & spasticiteit en spine), 1 OK-planner en 4 secretaressen.

De arts-assistenten worden zowel ingezet in Maastricht UMC+ als in het Zuyderland Ziekenhuis te Heerlen. De afdeling neurochirurgie kent een uitstekend opleidingsklimaat.

De topklinische activiteiten vinden plaats in het MUMC+ en het Zuyderland Medisch Centrum in Heerlen. Daarnaast verlenen onze stafleden minder complexe klinische en poliklinische zorg in het VieCuri Ziekenhuis in Venlo, het Laurentius Ziekenhuis in Roermond en het St. Jansgasthuis in Weert.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Diploma tot basisarts
  • Klinische ervaring in specialisme Neurochirurgie sterkt tot aanbeveling
  • Zelfstandig je taken kunnen prioriteren en verrichten
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
  • Goede contactuele eigenschappen waarmee je een klantvriendelijke werkhouding laat zien
  • Flexibele instelling wat betreft werktijden maar ook inzet van je kwaliteiten daar waar de organisatie dat vraagt
  • Gezien het werken op twee locaties is rijbewijs BE en de beschikking over een auto een vereiste

Voor deze functie geldt dat je voor aanvang van het dienstverband een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) moet kunnen overhandigen.

Om succesvol te starten in deze rol, is het belangrijk dat je de Nederlandse taal goed beheerst (minimaal B2-niveau) in verband met het contact met onder andere patiënten en collega's. Daarnaast is het een voorwaarde dat je in Nederland mag werken (EU/EER-nationaliteit of een geldige werkvergunning).

Salaris

Afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring bedraagt het salaris minimaal € 4.642,00 en maximaal € 6.393,00 bruto per maand bij een fulltime aanstelling. Dit salaris is exclusief onregelmatigheidstoeslagen, vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% van je bruto jaarsalaris.

Arbeidsovereenkomst

Het betreft een tijdelijke arbeidsovereenkomst van 1 jaar voor gemiddeld 46 uur per week conform artikel 2.4.2 van de Cao UMC, met startdatum op 01 januari 2027 met mogelijkheid tot tijdelijke verlenging. Er wordt verwacht dat je onregelmatigheidsdiensten verricht tijdens avond-, nacht- en weekenduren en feestdagen.
