Wat ga je doen?

Als zorgassistent op verpleegafdeling A1 (oncologische chirurgie) ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen het team. Je werkt op een dynamische afdeling met 25 klinische bedden en 6 dagcentrumstoelen, waar geen dag hetzelfde is.

Je ondersteunt patiënten bij de ADL-zorg en voeding, zorgt voor het schoon en op orde houden van materialen en ruimtes en vult voorraden aan. Je transporteert spullen, materialen en/of monsters van en naar andere afdelingen. Je draagt op een zorgvuldige en verantwoordelijke manier zorg voor het opruimen van patiëntenkamers na een nucleaire behandeling, waarbij je altijd volgens protocol werkt. Daarnaast ondersteun je de verpleegkundigen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en draag je bij aan een prettige en veilige zorgomgeving.

De combinatie van klinische zorg en dagbehandeling zorgt voor veel afwisseling en vraagt om jouw flexibiliteit, betrokkenheid en proactieve houding. Samen zorgen we voor de best mogelijke zorg voor onze oncologische chirurgische patiënten én voor een goed leerklimaat voor collega’s in opleiding.

Hoe ziet je werkomgeving eruit?

Verpleegafdeling A1 is een chirurgische verpleegafdeling met een grote variatie aan patiënten en ziektebeelden. Op deze afdeling worden patiënten verpleegd met aandoeningen op het gebied van Urologie, Plastische Chirurgie, KNO, Mond-, kaak-, en aangezichtschirurgie, Oogheelkunde, Anesthesie en Dermatologie. Tevens beschikt de afdeling over een isolatie unit waar patiënten door middel van nucleaire therapie behandeld worden. Naast de klinische zorg, levert verpleegafdeling A1 niet-oncologische dagbehandeling aan poliklinische patiënten.

Het is een dynamische afdeling met veel afwisselende taken en verantwoordelijkheden waarbij veel aandacht is voor toekomstbestendige zorg. Ons team bestaat uit 1 afdelingshoofd, 1 teamleider en 22 verpleegkundigen. Het team wordt ondersteund door administratieve en zorg ondersteunende medewerkers en leerlingen.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Helpende Niveau 2 of een gelijkwaardig diploma.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, accuraat en hebt goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Klant- en kwaliteitsgericht, zorgvuldig en een echte team player.

Salaris

Afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring bedraagt het salaris minimaal € 2.651,- en maximaal € 3.353,- bruto per maand bij een fulltime aanstelling. Dit salaris is exclusief onregelmatigheidstoeslagen, vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% van je bruto jaarsalaris.

Arbeidsovereenkomst

Het betreft een arbeidsovereenkomst van 1 jaar voor gemiddeld 16 uur per week conform artikel 2.4.2 Cao umc, zijnde een tijdelijk contract vooruitlopend op een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd als bedoeld in lid 3 van artikel 2.3 Cao umc.

Bij voldoende functioneren wordt de arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd opgevolgd door een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd.

Er wordt van je verwacht dat je onregelmatige diensten draait tijdens avond-, weekend- en feestdagen.
