Nos activités sont réparties entre trois divisions et nous collaborons quotidiennement avec de nombreux clients et fournisseurs, dont une grande partie est anglophone. Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous souhaitons accueillir un commis comptable bilingue – Tenue de livres (Bookkeeper) à Laval. Cette création de poste représente une belle occasion de joindre une équipe dynamique, de contribuer directement à nos opérations comptables et de participer à l'évolution de nos processus internes. Les avantages du poste de commis comptable bilingue à Laval Salaire pouvant aller jusqu'à 24 $/h, selon l'expérience. Poste permanent à temps plein, 40 heures par semaine. Environnement de travail collaboratif. Travail 100 % présentiel. Les responsabilités du commis comptable bilingue à Laval Préparer et transmettre quotidiennement les factures aux clients. Assurer le suivi des comptes recevables, transmettre les états de compte et effectuer les relances auprès des clients. Participer au comité des recevables et mettre à jour les rapports hebdomadaires. Préparer les dépôts bancaires et enregistrer les encaissements dans le système comptable. Produire les rapports comptables quotidiens. Effectuer la saisie et le traitement des factures fournisseurs. Assurer le suivi et la conciliation des cartes de crédit de l'entreprise. Effectuer diverses tâches de saisie de données et de classement de documents comptables. Participer à la transition vers un nouveau système ERP. Communiquer régulièrement avec les clients et fournisseurs, en français et en anglais. Collaborer avec l'équipe comptable dans les différentes opérations quotidiennes. Le profil recherché pour le poste de commis comptable bilingue à Laval Détenir une attestation ou une formation en comptabilité. Posséder un minimum de 3 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire. Avoir acquis une expérience professionnelle en comptabilité au Canada. Maîtriser le français et l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, afin de communiquer de façon autonome avec une clientèle et des fournisseurs majoritairement anglophones. Posséder une excellente maîtrise d'Excel. Avoir une bonne connaissance de Word et Outlook. Détenir une expérience concrète en comptes recevables, en facturation et en traitement de données comptables. Être à l'aise avec les systèmes informatiques et démontrer une bonne capacité d'apprentissage. Faire preuve de minutie, d'organisation et d'un excellent souci du détail. Démontrer de l'autonomie, de la proactivité et un bon esprit d'équipe. La connaissance du logiciel Sage constitue un atout. Joignez-vous à notre équipe !
