Les tâches du Technicien comptable à Brossard : Assurer la gestion et le suivi des comptes recevables ; Effectuer les suivis de paiements auprès des clients et assurer le recouvrement des comptes en souffrance ; Analyser les comptes clients et effectuer les vérifications nécessaires ; Participer à la gestion des dossiers de crédit et au suivi des modalités de paiement ; Collaborer avec l'équipe des ventes concernant les comptes clients et la libération des commandes ; Participer au traitement des comptes payables selon les besoins du département ; Contribuer aux conciliations comptables et aux fermetures mensuelles ; Assurer l'exactitude des données comptables dans le système ERP ; Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe afin d'améliorer les processus et les méthodes de travail ; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes liées aux opérations comptables. Le profil recherché pour le poste de Technicien comptable à Brossard : Posséder environ 3 années d'expérience ou plus dans un poste similaire ; Avoir une expérience en comptabilité dans le secteur manufacturier, un atout important ; Détenir une bonne connaissance des comptes recevables et des processus de recouvrement ; Être à l'aise avec les suivis clients et la gestion de dossiers de crédit ; Maîtriser le français et posséder un bon niveau d'anglais, principalement à l'écrit, afin de communiquer avec une clientèle canadienne ; Avoir une bonne maîtrise d'Excel ; Posséder une expérience avec un logiciel ERP ; la connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics 365 constitue un atout ; Faire preuve de rigueur, de minutie et d'un bon sens de l'organisation ; Démontrer de l'autonomie, de la débrouillardise et une bonne capacité d'adaptation ; Être à l'aise dans un environnement manufacturier comportant un volume élevé de transactions et une grande diversité de clients et fournisseurs.
