Vous possédez de l’expérience en comptabilité immobilière, aimez travailler avec les chiffres, la 13e facture est un mot utilisé dans votre quotidien et êtes à l’aise avec la gestion des comptes clients? Les responsabilités du poste de Commis comptes recevables | Immobilier commercial à Saint-Eustache : Effectuer la facturation mensuelle des loyers et des frais associés aux baux commerciaux Assurer la gestion des comptes recevables d’un portefeuille d’environ 450 à 500 locataires commerciaux Préparer et transmettre les états de compte aux locataires Effectuer les suivis de paiements et les activités de recouvrement Enregistrer et appliquer les paiements reçus aux comptes clients Saisir et mettre à jour les informations relatives aux baux dans le système Yardi Participer à la facturation annuelle des ajustements de frais d’exploitation et des charges communes Effectuer les refacturations et ajustements nécessaires selon les modalités des baux commerciaux Préparer les dépôts bancaires et effectuer les conciliations associées Collaborer étroitement avec la contrôleure financière et les autres membres de l’équipe comptable Le profil recherché pour le poste de Commis comptes recevables | Immobilier commercial à Saint-Eustache : Minimum d’une année d’expérience pertinente en comptes recevables dans le domaine de l’immobilier commercial Bonne compréhension des baux commerciaux et de leur incidence sur la facturation Expérience en facturation, suivi des comptes clients et recouvrement Connaissance du logiciel Yardi, un atout Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel Français et anglais fonctionnels, à l’oral et à l’écrit, afin de communiquer avec des locataires et des sièges sociaux anglophones Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail Capacité à gérer un volume important de comptes clients Ce poste de Commis comptes recevables | Immobilier commercial à Saint-Eustache vous intéresse?
