Cette opportunité vous permettra de travailler aux côtés de notre contrôleure actuelle afin d’assurer une transition progressive des responsabilités, tout en participant activement à l’amélioration de nos processus financiers et à la croissance de notre organisation. Les avantages du poste de Contrôleur financier CPA | Immobilier commercial à Saint-Eustache : Emploi permanent à temps plein Salaire entre 120 000 $ et 140 000 $ par année, selon l’expérience Possibilité d’une rémunération supérieure pour un profil exceptionnel Boni annuel pouvant atteindre 30 000 $ Horaire de travail de 37,5 heures par semaine Horaire d’été permettant de terminer à 13 h les vendredis 3 semaines de vacances annuelles Congé pendant la période des Fêtes Programme d’assurances collectives modulable, incluant les soins médicaux et dentaires Salle d’entraînement sur place avec entraîneur Terrasse extérieure et repas offerts à prix réduit Environnement de travail stable au sein d’une entreprise familiale bien établie Occasion d’occuper un rôle clé dans la relève de notre équipe financière Les responsabilités du poste de Contrôleur financier CPA | Immobilier commercial à Saint-Eustache : Superviser les activités comptables et financières de plusieurs entités immobilières Préparer et analyser les états financiers mensuels et annuels Assurer la production des rapports financiers dans les délais établis Participer à l’élaboration des budgets annuels et analyser les écarts budgétaires Produire des analyses financières afin de soutenir les décisions stratégiques de la direction Superviser, accompagner et développer les membres de l’équipe comptable Assurer le suivi des opérations comptables liées à la gestion d’immeubles commerciaux Superviser les processus de facturation et de réconciliation des frais d’exploitation et des charges communes Participer à l’évolution et à l’optimisation du système comptable Yardi Collaborer étroitement avec la direction financière dans le cadre de projets spéciaux Le profil recherché pour le poste de Contrôleur financier – Immobilier commercial à Saint-Eustache : Titre de CPA obligatoire Expérience significative dans un rôle de contrôleur financier ou dans des fonctions similaires Expérience en comptabilité immobilière commerciale fortement privilégiée Bonne compréhension de la gestion financière de plusieurs entités juridiques Solides compétences en préparation d’états financiers, budgétisation et analyse financière Expérience en supervision et en gestion d’équipe comptable Expérience en cabinet comptable, un atout Connaissance du logiciel Yardi, un atout Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et des outils informatiques Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de planification et de résolution de problèmes Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités Aptitude à collaborer efficacement avec la haute direction Ce poste de Contrôleur financier | Immobilier commercial à Saint-Eustache vous intéresse?
