O que você fará:

Aqui, você terá atuação prática e contato direto com casos relevantes, participando ativamente da rotina da área. Suas atividades incluirão:

Redação de peças jurídicas de média e alta complexidade, com supervisão; Pesquisa jurídica aprofundada e análise de dados estratégicos; Controle e acompanhamento de prazos processuais; Participação em projetos e interação próxima com a equipe e sócios. Elaboração de relatórios, recursos e organização de documentos; Realização de diligências em fóruns e acompanhamento processual;

Acompanhamento de audiências; Atualização e controle de informações em sistemas jurídicos (Espaider, ProJuris, Legal One e ELaw); Você terá espaço para aprender, contribuir e evoluir tecnicamente desde o primeiro dia.

Diferenciais:

Experiência anterior em contencioso cível;

Estar cursando entre o 6º e 7º semestre de Direito; Interesse em aprofundar conhecimentos em contencioso estratégico;

Boa capacidade de pesquisa e análise jurídica; Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos; Proatividade e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
