O que você irá fazer?

Principais atividades

  • Atuação em processos de defesa comercial e processos administrativos diversos relativos ao comércio exterior.
  • Interface com consultorias econômicas e parceiros internacionais.
  • Análises de acordos internacionais e normas internas sobre temas de comércio exterior e assuntos relacionados.
  • Acompanhamento regulatório, elaboração de posicionamentos técnicos e interlocução com órgãos públicos.
  • Negociação, redação e revisão de contratos envolvendo elementos internacionais (importação/exportação, distribuição internacional, etc.).
  • Auditorias jurídicas e procedimentos de compliance relacionados a cadeias internacionais de suprimentos.

O que buscamos?

  • Profissional com experiência em comércio internacional, a exemplo de processos defesa comercial, pleitos de modificação taifária, investigações de interesse público, operações de comércio exterior e temas correlatos.
  • Capacidade de conduzir diligências jurídicas para empresas nacionais e multinacionais em operações transacionais, avaliando riscos regulatórios, aduaneiros e contratuais.
  • Interesse por temas ligados a relações internacionais, política, economia, integração regional e seus impactos jurídicos, demonstrando visão multidisciplinar e capacidade de análise contextual.
  • Proatividade, interesse em aprender, boa comunicação e orientação para soluções.
  • Graduação em Direito com registro ativo na OAB.
  • Experiência na área de comércio internacional
  • Atuação prévia com clientes internacionais ou multinacionais será um diferencial.
  • Inglês fluente ou avançado é importante para a atuação nessa área.
